Return & Refund Policy

All Legacy Metal Works BBQ pits and grills are custom-built to order. Because every unit is hand-fabricated to your specifications, we do not accept returns on completed orders.

Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% deposit is required to schedule your build. This deposit reserves your spot in the production queue and covers materials and labor. If you cancel before your scheduled build start date, your deposit is refunded in full. Once your build start date arrives and fabrication is underway, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as materials have been cut and labor committed to your specific order.

Defects & Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work. If your cooker arrives with a structural or fabrication defect caused by our workmanship, contact us and we will make it right at no cost to you. This warranty covers our build only and does not cover damage that occurs in transit — see our Shipping Damage policy below for freight-related issues.

Damage During Shipping

Every cooker is inspected and confirmed to be in perfect condition before it leaves our shop. Once it ships, the freight carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery. Please inspect your order carefully BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and photograph it at the time of delivery, then contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the freight carrier to resolve the claim.
