The drop-in version of our showpiece Santa Maria, designed to set into an outdoor kitchen or island. The custom designed rotisserie system and grate frame are constructed fully of 304 stainless steel, driven by a high-torque motor with a 5/8″ stainless spit and forks. Finished standard with high-temp black paint coating. Powder coat finish available by request at additional cost.
