Shipping Policy

 

All Legacy Metal Works BBQ pits are custom-built to order in Brandon, MS. Because of the size and weight of our pits, all orders ship via freight carrier.

 

Lead Time

Current lead time is 4–8 weeks depending on order volume and complexity. You will receive a build update when your pit enters the fabrication queue and again when it ships.

 

Shipping Cost

Freight shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of your order. We will provide a freight quote before your order is confirmed. Local pickup in Brandon, MS is available at no charge.

 

Delivery

Freight orders are delivered curbside (liftgate delivery). The driver will unload your pit to the curb. You are responsible for moving it from the curb to its final location. If you need inside delivery or white-glove placement, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange accordingly.

 

Inspect on Delivery

Please inspect your order at time of delivery before signing. If there is any visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
