The Ironclad

The Ironclad 48 is a purpose-built direct heat cooker with fire positioned directly beneath the food. The adjustable coal bed raises to 6″ under the cook surface, with individual removable plates for zone-by-zone heat control. Polished stainless door bands, hinges, and accent hardware give it a clean industrial look — distinctly Legacy. Standard finish is high-temp clear gloss over raw steel; full black paint system available as an upgrade. All polished stainless accents remain the same on either finish.
