This is the Legacy Santa Maria Grill — a showpiece live-fire grill with a full rotisserie system, hand-built to last generations. If you want to cook the way the great open-fire traditions do — steaks, whole chickens, roasts turning slow over wood and coals — this is the centerpiece grill that does it, and turns heads doing it.
The rotisserie system and grate frame are built entirely from 304 stainless steel, driven by a high-torque motor with a 5/8″ stainless spit and forks. The all-steel enclosed basin is lined with firebrick so it holds heat like a wood-fired oven. The signature 28″-diameter wheel crank — wrapped in polished stainless — raises and lowers your grate for precise heat control, the heart of true Santa Maria cooking. Dual brushed-aluminum fold-down shelves, an integrated under-storage cabinet, and an ash clean-out chute round it out for real working use.
This is the top of the Legacy line, finished standard in high-temp black, with polished stainless accents throughout.

Common Questions
What is a Santa Maria grill, and how is it different from a regular grill?
It's an open-fire grill with a hand-crank system that raises and lowers the entire grate over the coals — instead of you adjusting vents, you adjust distance from the fire for precise heat control. Read the full Santa Maria grill guide for how it works and what to cook on it.
What can you cook on it besides tri-tip?
Whole chickens, roasts, racks of ribs, vegetables — anything that benefits from slow rotisserie turning over live wood and coals. See the guide linked above for more ideas.
Do you ship outside Mississippi?
Yes — nationwide by freight, quoted to your delivery address. Local pickup and delivery are available in the Brandon, MS area.
