The 94-Gallon Offset Smoker is the heart of the Legacy lineup — a hand-built custom offset smoker fabricated from heavy 1/4″ steel pipe. It's built for the cook who's serious about real wood-and-charcoal barbecue and wants a pit that will outlast them and get passed down.
Every Legacy 94-gallon comes with a specially designed adjustable tuning plate that sits at the firebox throat inside the main chamber. That's the secret to this pit's excellent draw and steady, even temperatures from one end of the 48″×24″ cook surface to the other — no hot spots, no fighting your fire. Whether you're cooking a couple of briskets in the backyard or feeding a competition team, this smoker holds temp and makes good BBQ easy.

Common Questions
How thick is the steel on this smoker?
1/4″ steel pipe throughout — the same gauge competition-grade builders use. Thinner 3/16″ or 1/8″ pits warp faster and lose heat quicker; this one is built to hold temperature for decades. Read our full steel & build-quality guide for what to look for in any custom smoker.
Do you ship outside Mississippi?
Yes — nationwide by freight, quoted to your delivery address. Local pickup and delivery are available in the Brandon, MS area.
Is this a traditional offset or reverse-flow design?
Traditional offset with an adjustable tuning plate for even heat control. See our traditional vs. reverse-flow comparison if you're deciding between the two.
