The Drop-In Santa Maria Grill is the built-in version of our showpiece Santa Maria, designed to set right into an outdoor kitchen, island, or custom built-in setup. It brings true live-fire Santa Maria cooking to a permanent outdoor kitchen — steaks, chicken, and roasts cooked over real wood and coals.
The custom rotisserie system and grate frame are built entirely from 304 stainless steel, driven by a high-torque motor with a 5/8″ stainless spit and forks. With a 48 3/8″ x 30″ fire basin, it gives you serious cooking room in a clean, built-in package. Finished standard in high-temp black, with powder coat available by request, and polished stainless accents throughout.
